Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
• Due to the nature of food and beverage products, returns are not accepted once opened or consumed.

2. Refund Requests

• Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery if they wish to request a refund or replacement.
• Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue may be required.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the same payment method used for purchase.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part.

4. Exchanges

• In cases of damaged or defective products, replacements will be issued where possible. If replacements are unavailable, a refund will be provided.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened bottles, tubs, or consumables.
• Sale items or promotional products.
