Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Times

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on location.
• Remote area delivery: May take longer due to courier limitations.
• Delays caused by courier services or force majeure events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters) are outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
• Promotional “free shipping” offers may apply from time to time and will be clearly stated.

4. Delivery Confirmation

• Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
• Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details. Ehloonah will not be held liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. International Shipping

• Currently, Ehloonah ships only within South Africa. International orders are not accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing.
